Crafting a Shrine for Ostara – Art Witch Wednesday Live Stream – Magical Crafting

During this live stream, I craft a shrine to Ostara, the Germanic goddess of spring. While it is unclear how, or even if, Ostara was worshiped as a goddess by the ancient Germans, by the 19th century she had become part of German mythology. She is described in literature and depicted in paintings. Today she is associated with the pagan celebration of the Spring Equinox.
