Witchual Workout 50: The Morrigan

Welcome to the Witchual Workout with Laura Tempest Zakroff – a ritually-inspired movement experience designed to get us moving a bit more on a daily basis. 5 days a week, we’ll have a different magical focus and build up our stamina and body exploration.

It’s Wednesday, so we’re looking to the divine for our theme, and it’s the 50th episode – so think big! We’re exploring a Mighty Queen and Warrior Goddess, the Morrigan. We’re particularly tapping into the corvid energy (crows and ravens), sovereignty of self and the mysteries of death.

Follow along and adjust as needed, listening to your body’s needs.

Also, for more information about the Morrigan, check out Courtney Weber’s book, “The Morrigan: Celtic Goddess of Magick and Might” from Weiser Books.

I am the wackerdoodle who birthed Pagan Nation some 30ish years ago as a BBS, moved it on line some 20ish years ago, and have re-birthed it October 31st, 2021.  I've got a rail buggy and a dog.  Who could ask for more?
